• All sales are final unless there are health issues documented within 48 hours

• Health certificates are provided with all parrot purchases

Refunds for live animals are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• Health issues discovered within 48 hours may qualify for refund consideration
• Veterinary documentation is required for health-related refunds
• Accessories and supplies may be returned within 30 days if unused
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

We enforce age recommendations for responsible parrot ownership:

• Budgies: Recommended for ages 10+ with adult supervision
• Conures: Recommended for ages 12+ with adult supervision
• African Greys: Recommended for ages 14+
• Macaws and Cockatoos: Recommended for ages 16+ or adult owners
• We reserve the right to verify age and require adult supervision when appropriate

If you create an account on our platform:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
